Beautiful hotel in a repaired and modernized villa, situated near the banks of the river Uvod, in the centre of the city, close to all amenities. Not cheap, we had a Luxury room, but more affordable standard rooms shold be available at 3000 rub (maybe not during celebrations, such as 4 november = former 7 november, when everuthing in Russia is more expensive and difficult to get). Anyway, the hotel was worth every penny we paid for it!
Difficult to find due to repair works - but actually quite a good position near the Drama Theatre. If you ask local people they will know (about the thetre, not necessarilya bout the hotel, which is quite a small/boutoque one).
