no internet on room breakfast was poor - no fresh coffee - room was too small, too dark and too noisy

Missing desk in the room for working and a kettle to make a cup of tea would be great. Otherways really very friendly room, I liked it very much. Badges with description of food for breakfast would be helpful for foreign visitors, they don't know all the meals offered there. Bit too noisy television in the breakfast room is distuerbing - there is a soo beautiful aquarium to admire instead.

El personal no habla más de dos palabras seguidas en inglés. Hotel sin aire acondicionado en una ciudad donde se alcanzan los 35º. El baño necesita una reforma urgente. Zona sin apenas bares ni restaurantes baratos.

El minibar estaba vacío. El personal apenas hablaba inglés. El precio me pareció desorbitado. Lo de internet disponible significaba un ordenador en recepción desde el que te podías conectar.

Solo un conserje hablaba ingles...y el ruso es incomprensible para algunos....me comentaron que me daban una habitacion mejor, pero solo fue mas grande...

Veramente pietoso. Hotel fatiscente e puzzolente. Camere sporche e lenzuola macchiate non si sa di cosa. Bagno ed arredi da ostello per la gioventù. Prezzi carissimi da 4 stelle e servizi pessimi da 1 stella.Colazione ? 4 cosette buttate là con mosce sui piatti e posate sporche. Se volevi un caffè o succo o altro tutto con pagamento extra. Hotel da chiudere al turismo internazionale. Pessima figura per un grande paese quale la Russia. Dimenticavo 4 piani di scale per andare in camera la quale presentava muri e soffitti con crepe come da terremoto.
