Очень удачное расположение, в центре, но в переулке: тихо, спокойно, очень чисто. Доброжелательный персонал. Приятные номера и ненавязчивое обслуживание.

There was NO normal telephone access, even to the city of Moscow! Hotel staff offered to use your own mobile phone.

Отличный отель, советую, все очень чисто и аккуратно.

The location not even 5 minutes from the metro, & a 20 minute walk to Red Square. Hot/cold water in the hallway. The actual quiet at night outside despite being in the middle of everything [its on a small side street]. The staff was helpful as possible. One went out of her way to flag down cabs for us & get us rates/explain our destination to the driver as my brother & I speak no Russian. Breakfast was served in the rooms at the time of your request. They even had spare umbrellas for a day it was raining.

Кулер с холодной и горячей водой. Завтрак подается по заказу в номер. 100 м от метро Тверская. Оплата кредитной картой или наличными. Благожелатнльный персонал.

Location, location, location. And very good value for money. Moscow is very expensive city, and for this price - you just stay for nothing:)
