Having to pay 1000 Roubles for 24 hours of Wifi is petty considering the cost of a night's stay. Wifi should be free or at minimal cost - you don't pay for electricity separately for example. As with all Russian hotels, the public areas are smoky - a segregated bar would have been welcome

Has a good breakfast but it cost a fortune as well as the restaurant, bar and the room service. Sometimes seems to be in another country, another place and another type of hotel. Also, bad smells was around the air. I strongly recommend, the hotel need a nice smell because in many places the environment was not so...according its four stars.

They only offer free internet in the lobby (probably to make you drink a beer or so while on the web so still making money on you). In the room it costs 1000 Rubles (about 25 eur) per day (24 hours). This is really expensive and a rip-off but to be honest, is a perfect showcase of how they do business. Anyway, if you don't like they won't force you to stay in this hotel :-). Having free internet in your room has become as basic as having a toilet in your room in this price category of hotels.

When I made my reservation, I specifically asked for a quiet room away from street noise. Although the room was relatively well sound- proofed, it still faced a busy intersection and some traffic noise was clearly audible.

If you want to get a taxi the concierge at the reception (he thought I don't speak russian) first he told me the price and then the taxi (unofficial) asked for the price to the concierge. More or less they are cheating.
