Заселение если раньше, то за отдельную плату. Обцычно в отелях стараюбтся заселить, если есть номера без доп. платы.

отель находится в жилом доме на 3-м этаже, а лифт рассчитан на одного фактически на 1 человека. но это скорее просто наблюдение... маленький выбор еды на завтрак...

Really poor breakfast. Elevator is really for 1 person with small bag. 50 roubles for luggage storage.

Although the window of the room overlook a yard it was very noisily, also our room was near the front door and in the mornings we had to wake up early. All other rooms are with window to the street and to the noisy yard.

Breakfast is minimal and poor. Water didn't flow smoothly in the bathroom. We booked and paid extra for a "Comfort" room of 25m^2, we got a room of ~15m^2 that was different than the one offered at the website! The building is very old, the lift is tiny, barely for 1 person, the interior and exterior of the building is in a very poor condition. When we left, they asked us to pay 50 rubles for storing our luggage!

Problemi con la lingua, l'inglese è a livelli molto bassi. Difficoltà di comunicazione. La colazione è la scelta fra 3 cose, sempre le stesse.

The street entrance of the Guest house building and staircase access need repair/window replacement/repainting. Works was under way for street entrance beginning October 2011. Guest house is on the third floor of the apt building and there is a miniature access elevator that should preferably not be used... Carrying luggages to/from the third floor was challenging but staff did help.
