The sound isolation is awful. You can have conversation with other rooms :) The breakfast is not that good.. Anyway if you not planning to wake up very early not a problem then.. Buy soap before you arrive or right after you arrive.. No soap for washing your hands.. The staff look serious but it is usual Russian style :) they are fine.. Seem helpful. I am not sure about their English knowledge.. Russians mostly dont seem to know english language.. Better you learn some Russian :) Im lucky I know Russian enough to survive..

Le personnel qui ne comprend pas l'anglais, la salle du petit déjeuner et le petit déjeuner!! Les escaliers à monter sans ascenseur avec les valises, l'exiguité de la chambre, pas de 2ème clé, la panne soit disant de l'appareil à carte bleue.,les serviettes non changées .....

very rude staff, the hotel doesn't have an elevator

No one of the staff speaks english (even a very basic english!) and they weren't very friendly. Breakfast was unsatisfactory. The pictures on the web site are totally different from the reality.
