1. Upon arrival I was informed that they had raised prices, so I had to pay more. "We didn't send you the confirmation, Booking.com did, so ask them". No comments. 2. Breakfast sucks. Need to wait for ages for a kind of a fixed menu. Explanation was natural: "I'm alone here"...

В номерах очень шумно, сильные сквозняки, жесткие кровати (дешевый матрас ), холодно и пахнет в душе!

Investor had money for construction and interiors, but, apparently, no money left for competent management. Extremely noisy rooms looking out to the street, couldn't sleep. Breakfast' set menu is on a laminated 2sided a5 paper where one needs to choose between oatmeal with orange juice or fried eggs with a glass of water. Changes are not allowed... :-) And then one has to sit and wait for 15min for them to cook it, as if you're dinning at a restaurant. WiFi is free, but very slow. There's a small pond on the floor everytime one takes a shower in a cabin. Nothing to do about it, just a poor isolation of the cabin. Sauna is not free, and used for internal purposes as already mentioned by another guest review. Should Marriott complete a new hotel in Krasnodar next year, all these local farmhouses will be dead.

Гостиница стоит на оживленной трассе. Любителям спать с открытыми окнами будет не комфортно.

Я не знаю как в других номерах , в моем номере (категории стандарт) ужасный матрац и подушки.
