отсутствие лифта. я проживал на втором этаже в апартаментах путина и медведева , но есть же и 3-й и 4-й этажи. вообщем лифт конечно необходим. 4-е звезды всё же. а так в остальном отель хороший.

категория отеля не тянет на 4 звезды, санузел очень маленький, скудные и невкусные завтраки, номера для некурящих, но почему-то в номере присутствовал стойкий запах табака (!!!). за данную цену можно найти более комфортные условия проживания.

Das Hotel ist ein Business Hotel - bei über 60 Fernsehsendern wäre es schön, wenn man zumindest einen englischen Sender hat.

I can not believe that a hotel that purports to be the best in Ulan-Ude had not got a lift and no offer to help us with our bags was made. The room was ok but hardly 2 star. Typical Russian attitude to service which will never come close to that of Chinese hotels. Handy central location though, but with newer hotels being built in the city the choices should be explored.
